South Molle Island
South Molle Island Arch McArthur Golf Club
Arriving to your golf course by boat is half the fun of this trip. At the end of the long wooden jetty at South Molle Island you抣l meander through tropical gardens with swaying palms and bobbing hibiscus before it opens out onto the nine hole Arch McArthur golf course.
Set at the foot of a wall of national park forest the course seems somewhat diminutive. Size and length are not its highlights it's only 1254m, so 18 holes will take just under two hours to play. There are seven par 3s and two par 4s with the longest hole being 258m. I'st short, fun, and would be a great challenge in a three club competition. At the club house you will note the names of past champions, including former women world no. 1 Karrie Webb.
